Tom Reilly

  

Tom Reilly  is a certified Neuro-Cognitive Behaviour Profiler and has more than 25 years of experience hiring, training, and leading sales teams in some of the world’s largest tech companies including Oracle, Xerox, Lexmark, and Canon.


Tom now combines his profiling and sales expertise to train and consult organizations on influence and sales skills, and streamlining sales operations.


He works with high stakes professionals including Business Leaders, Negotiators, Consultants, Sales Professionals, and Lawyers through his consulting firms: Limbinic Consulting, and Reilly Sales Consulting.


Tom helps individuals and organizations to:


· Engineer critical outcomes through influence skills and strategies

· Increase win rates by leveling up sales skills

· Free up more sales time by streamlining Sales Ops


Tom is heavily involved in the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, 100 Men Who Care Guelph, 100 Men Who Care Waterloo Region, and leads the Cambridge chapter of The Entrepreneur Nation®.


He lives in Guelph, Ontario with his wife, pets, and the youngest of his three children.
